BPC-157 daily plus TB-500 biweekly vs a premixed equal daily dose?

Been logging my elbow and achilles stuff for a while now and want to add TB-500 into the mix. Question I can't find a clean answer on: is it better to run BPC-157 daily while dosing TB-500 less often at a higher amount, or does a premixed equal daily dose of both do the same job? I've seen protocols where TB-500 gets front loaded twice a week at a bigger dose because of half life, but then I also see premixed vials meant for daily use at lower amounts each time. Anyone actually compared the two approaches or just picked one and stuck with it?

Measure it or it did not happen.

The logic behind less frequent TB-500 dosing comes from it having a longer half life than BPC-157, so people front load it a couple times a week instead of daily. BPC-157 clears faster so daily dosing keeps blood levels more even. A premix at equal daily amounts isn't wrong exactly, it's just averaging out something that doesn't need averaging. You're not getting a different mechanism, just a flatter curve for a peptide that didn't need flattening.

Preclinical is not a promise.

One thing nobody mentions with premixes, once you combine two peptides in the same vial your beyond use dating gets more conservative, not less. You're now trusting the stability of both compounds together instead of each on its own. Not saying it can't work, just that separate vials give you more control over degradation and timing.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.

Loading and rehab consistency will matter more than which mix you pick.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

I ran BPC daily and TB-500 twice a week higher dose through most of my achilles flare up last year, felt like the achilles responded better to that than when I tried a premix later. Could be placebo, could be the biweekly loading, hard to say for sure but I went back to separate vials.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is 5k pace eventually.
