Anyone use bpc-157 and tb-500 to hold off rotator cuff surgery

Got my supraspinatus repaired back in Feb and recovery's gone fine, overhead press is basically back. But before I went under the knife I spent about a year in that gray zone where the surgeon said we can wait if you want and I kept putting it off. Never tried the peptide route myself, wasn't sure it was more than hype. Curious if anyone's actually run bpc-157 and tb-500 together and had it change things enough to skip or delay surgery, not just feel a little looser for a week. What was your timeline, did it hold up long term.

Two years of patience beat six months of panic.

I'll bite. Had impingement type pain in my right shoulder for about twenty years, couldn't get my arm overhead on bad days. Surgeon had me scheduled at a stage where I could not afford six weeks out of the building. Ran what my nephew called the wolverine stack, bpc-157 and tb-500, subq in the belly every other day. First week nothing dramatic, just felt different in the joint. Somewhere around week two to three it was like someone flipped a switch, pain dropped off and stayed off. Three years later I'm back on dumbbell bench with real weight, still stay away from barbell bench because why tempt fate. Redosed the stack maybe four times since when it niggles. Never had the surgery.

Decide. Commit. Succeed.

Glad it worked out but the part that actually matters just as much is what you did with the arm once the pain backed off. Peptides can quiet the pain signal enough that people finally tolerate loading, and loading is what remodels the tendon. Skip that part and you got lucky, not cured.

Load is the drug with the best data.

Pain relief without load is a ticking clock.

Discipline is the shortcut.

The rat healing data on both peptides is solid, human shoulder outcome data is basically just posts like this one.

Preclinical is not a promise.

Fair. I did PT for months before and after mine, that's probably half of whatever result I got.

If you're stacking them, keep each reconstituted separately and don't push either past your beyond use date, sterility gets sloppy fast when people combine vials.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.

I've got four years of spreadsheet on my elbows, not shoulder, but same pattern every run I've logged: pain score drops noticeably around day 12 to 18, never day 2. Anyone telling you 48 hours I'm skeptical. Three weeks lines up with what I track.

Measure it or it did not happen.

Keep dosing specifics general, please.
