- What are the downsides of sermorelin?
Sticking myself every night before bed sounded like a full-time job. I stuck to heavy eccentric rows, decent sleep, and giving my shoulder time. Worked fine without the daily pincushion routine.

- Is sermorelin like Ozempic?
Every medspa in Naperville is bundling them now. One turns off your appetite, the other makes you poke yourself every night before bed hoping your knees hurt less.

- What is the downside of taking NAD+?
A guy at my old fire station dropped twelve hundred bucks on IV sessions thinking it would repair his torn labrum. He just got a bad headache and tight chest during the drip. Stick to sleep and heavy carries.

- Does MOTS-c burn belly fat?
Sounds like another expensive shortcut. Kettlebell swings and eating real food worked fine before anyone knew what a mitochondrial peptide was.

- How long can I stay on TB500?
If you need to stay on it indefinitely, your rehab loading isn't working. Six weeks max before you take a step back and fix your actual movement.

- What does glutathione peptide do for you?
Tried some oral stuff my buddy bought online during my shoulder rehab. Didn't do a single thing for my overhead press or pain levels. Consistent sleep, ice, and boring band work got me back on the truck, not fancy antioxidants.

- Acceptable tendon pain versus backing off on knee loads
Sitting on the couch is the worst thing you can do for a tendon, Dana. Rest lowers the tissue's threshold, then carrying groceries flares it up again. That easing up after ten minutes is just the warm-up effect. Don't let it fool you into adding weight. The tax comes due 24 hours later.

- Why shoulder tendinopathy keeps returning once pain fades and what gets overlooked
Sam, you don't wait for zero pain to load it. My PT drilled that into me after surgery. Aim for a mild 2 or 3 out of 10 pain during the movement. As long as it settles back down within 24 hours, you're fine. If it stays pissed off the next morning, you overdid it. That 24 hour mark tells you if the tendon accepted the load.

- Why shoulder tendinopathy keeps returning once pain fades and what gets overlooked
Spot on. Saw this all the time on the engine company. Guys sit on the couch two weeks, pain stops, they jump right back to hoisting hose lines and end up right back on light duty.

- Why your rehab stalled before you even bought a peptide
Performance training, I like that. I just told myself cable rotations were keeping me off disability. Whatever gets the reps done.

- Why your rehab stalled before you even bought a peptide
When I tore my supraspinatus at the firehouse, my PT laughed when I asked if supplements could replace band work. Four months of boring wall slides and rotator cuff work 3x a week got me back on the hose.

- Things you believed in year one that you do not believe now
That pain always meant damage. Spent a full year avoiding anything that hurt at all, which is the exact wrong play for a tendon.

- Supraspinatus repair, month 14 update, overhead press is back
Just tolerated it. The PA said there is no solid human evidence, it does not seem to mess with healing, and to speak up if anything changes. After reading this forum for a year, that feels like a spot-on summary.

- GHK-Cu for tendons, or is this really a skin story?
I looked into it for post-op scar tissue. Any actual data on scar quality in surgical repairs?

- Supraspinatus repair, month 14 update, overhead press is back
My wife would tell you I did all the reps because I'm insufferable, not disciplined. Same outcome either way.
