Ramping into a bpc-157 and tb-500 stack or jumping straight to full dose

Got my hands on a kit with bpc-157 10mg and tb-500 10mg mixed together, planning on 1000mcg total a day which works out to about 500mcg of each. I've seen a few people mention starting lower the first week, like 500mcg total, then working up to the full 1000. Is that actually worth doing or is it just people being cautious for no reason? Kind of nervous since this is my first time running a combo instead of just bpc alone.

Currently typing with correct posture. Probably.

I ramped mine over two weeks and tracked elbow pain scores daily because that's just who I am. Honestly saw zero measurable difference versus a friend who jumped straight to full dose on day one. The one thing ramping did for me was let me watch the injection site for a few days before committing to full volume, which felt smart in hindsight.

Measure it or it did not happen.

Just pin the full amount, it's not that complicated.

Two years of patience beat six months of panic.

I ramped mine just to watch for site reactions, not because I thought it changed how well it worked.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is 5k pace eventually.

From the pharmacy side, ramping doesn't change anything about the peptide itself once it's reconstituted, the half life and stability are what they are regardless of dose. If you're new to injecting in general, starting smaller can just help you get comfortable with technique and watch for site irritation. That's a you thing, not a chemistry thing.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.

The loading progression on the tendon matters way more than how you stair step the dose.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

Nobody's run a study comparing a ramp schedule to jumping straight in, this is pure anecdote either way.

Preclinical is not a promise.

My athletes just start at full dose, never had an issue.

Isometrics before ice. Every time.

I ramped for about a week mostly to see how my body handled it, honestly can't tell you if it changed the outcome at all.

Watts do not lie. Neither do lactate strips.

Whatever schedule you pick, the loading progression on the tissue is still doing most of the work here.

Load is the drug with the best data.
