- Post-op tendon loading timelines and what actually drives recovery
This is huge for my patellar rehab background. How are clinicians finding that sweet spot between load that triggers collagen vs load that wrecks the graft?

- What is the downside of taking NAD+?
Is it true people confuse this with Ozempic? A girl on my volleyball team thought NAD+ was for losing weight.

- Progression rules for loading tendons without triggering flares
Counting ground contacts makes so much sense, writing that down! We started tracking morning stiffness with our squad and it has been a game changer. Thanks guys!

- Progression rules for loading tendons without triggering flares
This is so timely. My high school players go from zero jumping to two-a-days and wreck their knees. How do you actually measure a 5% to 10% load increase when sprinting or jumping?

- Is GHK-Cu safe to use?
Our athletic trainer warned us off systemic peptides last fall. Coach Terrell is right, heavy slow resistance on the leg press did ten times more for my knees than any supplement trend.

- How to read a peptide study without deceiving yourself: preclinical versus animal versus human trials
This needs to be pinned. High school athletes ask me about peptides when their jump volume doubled and quads are weak. You can't inject your way out of poor load management.

- Rehab at home without gym access: structure, adherence, and load
This is huge for my high school girls. Bodyweight on a rug hits a ceiling fast for patellar issues. How are you all forcing high mechanical load without heavy plates?

- Using suspension trainers and kettlebells for joint friendly loading during tendon rehab
Heavy kettlebell Spanish squats saved my knee this season. But I keep seeing people talk about BPC-157 or TB-500. Can peptides actually rebuild tendons without doing the loading work?

- Why your rehab stalled before you even bought a peptide
This hits home for my volleyball players. Pain drops from a 6 to a 2 and they stop their Spanish squats and calf raises. Next tournament, they are right back at an 8. Dre, how do you get athletes to keep up iso holds once pain goes away?

- Rest versus loading in acute tendon irritation: where does movement actually fit in?
Pin this post! See this with my high school athletes every season. They rest for two weeks, feel fine walking, then the first jump back sends them right to square one. Total rest is a trap.

- Did BPC-157 do anything or was it just the eccentrics finally working?
Did eccentrics alone the first time and jumped again in 5 months. Added peptides on flare #2 and it felt faster (4 months), but I also caught it earlier. Honestly my n=2 is totally worthless.

- Things you believed in year one that you do not believe now
That being young and fit meant a fast recovery. Being fit is why I kept re-injuring it. I had enough capacity to constantly make it angry again.

- Supraspinatus repair, month 14 update, overhead press is back
Pressing again at 12 months post-op at 57 is awesome. Did you end up telling those two people who told you to give up on overhead work?

- BPC-157 vs TB-500, which one would you look at first?
Fair hit. The pattern is I feel good, jump back into full volume too fast, and flare up at week six. I know I do it. Coaching myself is going terribly.

- BPC-157 vs TB-500, which one would you look at first?
Patellar tendinopathy, third flare, and I am having the consult conversation next week. If you had to pick one of these two to actually ask about, which and why? Not asking for doses. Asking how people reason about the choice.
