Over a year of knee pain and cartilage damage, does bpc even help with this

Hurt my knee doing legs about 14 months ago, MRI showed cartilage damage and I have had daily inflammation since. Warm to the touch most nights, sharp pain on stairs, running and jumping are a joke at this point. I'm 32 but feel like I borrowed someone's 80 year old knee. I've done PT twice already and it helped some but plateaued hard. Has anyone actually gone from this kind of long term cartilage pain back to real activity using peptides, or is this just something I have to live with now. Getting pretty discouraged at the two year mark of this being on and off.

Still here. Still slow.

Cartilage doesn't heal the way tendon does, it has basically no blood supply so the timeline is longer and the ceiling is different. That said a year of stagnant pain usually means the loading program stalled, not that the tissue is done responding. Before anything else I'd want to know what your current strength and range work actually looks like week to week. Peptides get asked about a lot in these threads but they ride on top of a progression, they don't replace one.

Load is the drug with the best data.

Did they scope it or is the cartilage damage just from imaging? Makes a difference for what people usually try.

Isometrics before ice. Every time.

A year of plateau tells me the loading got too conservative somewhere along the way, not that you've hit a biological wall. I've had guys with worse imaging than that squatting pain free again once we found the right tempo and volume. BPC or GHK-Cu might help the environment around the joint but they aren't going to fix a program that quit progressing months ago.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

Two years chronic here too, don't lose hope, it moves slower than you want but it moves.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is 5k pace eventually.
