Still here. Still slow.

- Does BPC-157 work immediately?
Wait, so if the pain stops in the first few days, the tendon isn't actually healed yet?

- What are the downsides of sermorelin?
Wait, so if someone is on prednisone for a joint flare up, sermorelin won't even work? I had no idea corticosteroids blocked growth hormone release like that.

- Is TB-500 safe for bodybuilding?
How does it compare to BPC-157 then? I thought BPC was the main injury peptide people talked about for tendons.

- Log: slow_healer_sam, patellar tendon, month by month
Month 3. Jogged ten minutes on flat ground with zero pain during or the next morning. I reached the 12-week mark where I was going to consider adding anything, but I'm not doing it. The loading is working, so keeping a clean variable makes the most sense. Feels funny to say that here.

- Progression rules for loading tendons without triggering flares
That morning stiffness check is where I always get tripped up. My isometric wall sits and eccentric step-downs feel totally fine during the lift, but two days later my hamstring tendon feels like concrete. Then I rest for two weeks and lose all my progress. Would BPC-157 or GHK-Cu give me a wider margin for error, or am I just being impatient again?

- What are the negative side effects of BPC-157?
Thanks for explaining this. I kept seeing people online claiming it healed their tendons in 48 hours, so I was confused why my physical therapist is keeping me on a 12-week eccentric loading plan.

- What is better, NAD or glutathione?
That helps a lot. I was ready to spend my whole paycheck on NAD+ thinking it would magically fix my tendon timeline, but it sounds like my basic recovery sleep and physical therapy still matter way more.

- Why shoulder tendinopathy keeps returning once pain fades and what gets overlooked
This hits home. Stuck in this loop with my patellar tendon and now my left shoulder too. How do you actually know when to move from isometrics to heavy slow resistance without flaring it up?

- Achilles loading with diabetes or poor circulation: vascular checks come first
Disheartening, but makes sense. My Achilles has felt like a wooden plank for two years. How long does cross-linking take to reverse once A1c drops? Do peptides like BPC-157 help build vessels?

- Rest versus loading in acute tendon irritation: where does movement actually fit in?
That explanation about tension and collagen alignment makes so much sense. I'll ask my PT about starting an isometric protocol this week!

- Rest versus loading in acute tendon irritation: where does movement actually fit in?
Guilty as charged. I shut down all lifting for three months when my hamstring started burning. Felt fine until I tried jogging again. How do you find the line between safe load and overdoing it?

- Did BPC-157 do anything or was it just the eccentrics finally working?
That is bleak but fair. Keeping up with the eccentrics forever, then.

- Did BPC-157 do anything or was it just the eccentrics finally working?
Genuine question, not bait. I have a patellar tendon that has been bad on and off for two years. Around four months ago I started two things in the same week: a real eccentric program from a PT, and a compounded peptide after a telehealth review. I am meaningfully better. Stairs are fine, I can jog again, morning stiffness is mostly gone. I have no idea what to credit and it is bothering me more than it probably should. How do people who have been at this longer think about this?

- Isometrics for patellar tendon pain during a season
Does the isometric hold work for everyone? I tried it and got zero pain relief, so I figured I was doing it wrong.
