BPC-157/TB-500 with Eliquis after a tibial plateau fracture, anyone dealt with this

Two weeks ago I went down hard on my bike and fractured my tibial plateau. No surgery needed thank god but I'm looking at 6-9 months recovery and can't even weight bear for the first 6 weeks. I've run peptides before for hamstring and patellar stuff so I started BPC-157 and TB-500 a few days after the break, figured it couldn't hurt. Everything seemed fine until today when they found a blood clot in my thigh. Now I'm on Eliquis for probably 3 months and freaking out a little. I can't find anything saying BPC or TB-500 interact with blood thinners but that's probably just because nobody's looked. Has anyone run these together with a thinner? And separately, does anyone have actual experience with BPC or TB-500 helping (or not helping) a fracture heal? Trying to figure out if I should just stop everything until the clot resolves.

Still here. Still slow.

There's no documented interaction between apixaban and either peptide because there's no formal pharmacokinetic data on BPC-157 or TB-500 at all, they're not metabolized through the same CYP pathways apixaban relies on so a direct interaction isn't the obvious concern. The bigger question is your clotting risk itself, which is a clinical call, not a peptide dosing one.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.

A clot two weeks after a tibial plateau fracture with immobilization is unfortunately common on its own, that's a classic setup for a DVT regardless of what else you're running. I wouldn't assume the peptides caused it before ruling out the obvious mechanical cause.

Independent primary care, whole person.

Nothing in the BPC-157 literature points to a procoagulant effect, if anything some of the animal work suggests the opposite with vascular effects. Correlation with your clot timing isn't causation here.

Preclinical is not a promise.

Get the clot sorted first. Everything else waits.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

Following this, I've got a spreadsheet tab for exactly this scenario now and zero data to put in it.

Measure it or it did not happen.
