Dosage and timeline for BPC-157 and TB-500 on an LCL sprain

Tweaked my LCL a few weeks back, this is on top of the patellar and hamstring stuff I've been dealing with for two years now. Doc confirmed a grade 1 sprain, PT is in the works but I want to stack BPC-157 and TB-500 to speed things along. Anyone run this combo on an LCL specifically? What did your dosing and run length look like and when did you actually start noticing a difference. Trying not to get my hopes up too high but also tired of just waiting around on this one.

Still here. Still slow.

Had a teammate deal with an LCL sprain back in college, she ran BPC sub-q daily for about a month alongside TB-500 twice a week. Took close to three weeks before she said it felt noticeably more stable. PT the whole time though, that part wasn't optional for her.

Isometrics before ice. Every time.

Load it right or the peptide's wasted money.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

I tracked a knee ligament tweak a while back, different structure but similar healing curve. Ran BPC-157 daily and TB-500 every third day for six weeks, logged pain and ROM every morning. Biggest jump in my spreadsheet was week 3 to 4, not week 1 like I hoped.

Measure it or it did not happen.

I can help with reconstitution and storage questions, not going to give dosing numbers on a public thread.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.

TB-500's human ligament data is thin, most of what you're hearing is rat tendon work plus anecdote.

Preclinical is not a promise.

Anecdote or not, mine healed noticeably faster than my last Achilles flare without it.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is 5k pace eventually.

LCL sprains heal slower than most people expect because the blood supply to that ligament is worse than the MCL's. Grade 1 usually settles in 4 to 6 weeks with a structured progression, isometrics early, then controlled lateral loading, then sport specific cutting last. If you're running BPC and TB-500 alongside that, fine, just don't skip the lateral step downs and resisted frontal plane work because the peptide can't replace the mechanical signal that remodels the fibers.

Load is the drug with the best data.

Following this, curious if it helps blood flow side too.

Watts do not lie. Neither do lactate strips.

Appreciate it everyone, will track this closely.
