Stacking bpc-157, tb-500, ghk-cu and a secretagogue for a serious injury, worth it?

So I've got the bilateral elbow thing plus the Achilles flaring again and I'm tempted to go all in instead of piecemeal. Thinking BPC-157 daily for the local stuff, TB-500 loading for a few weeks for the systemic side, GHK-Cu for connective tissue quality, and CJC/Ipa for GH support on top of all that. Four variables at once feels like bad experiment design but also feels like what actual serious recovery logs look like when I read them. Anyone run all four together for something real and actually able to tell what moved the needle, or did it just turn into mush where you can't attribute anything to anything?

Measure it or it did not happen.

I see this a lot. People stack four compounds and zero progressions. If your loading program isn't changing week to week the peptides are just noise on top of noise. Figure out what you're adding to the bar or the band before you add a fourth injectable.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

Four interventions stacked at once means your n of 1 just became statistically useless. You'll feel better or worse and have no idea which of the four did it, or if it was the deload you probably also took. Fine if you just want outcomes, bad if you're trying to learn anything transferable.

Preclinical is not a promise.

I ran BPC and TB-500 together through my worst insertional flare but never added a secretagogue, didn't want another variable with my sleep already wrecked from the pain. Can't speak to the full stack but the two together got me back to easy miles faster than BPC alone did the first time around.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is 5k pace eventually.

Does the GHK-Cu even do anything for actual tendon or is that mostly a skin thing that got borrowed into this space

Still here. Still slow.

Following this, same question honestly. I know the collagen signaling in skin but tendon is a different beast and I don't want to overclaim what I don't know.

Collagen is a process, not a purchase.

GHK-Cu has decent in vitro support for fibroblast activity and collagen remodeling, but that's a long way from proven tendon outcomes in people. If you stack four things on top of a loading program that isn't progressing, you won't be able to tell what's driving any change you see, good or bad. Start with the loading, add one thing at a time if you want signal.

Load is the drug with the best data.

Adherence to one thing beats four things done sloppy. Every single time.

Decide. Commit. Succeed.

My guys who stack everything also skip their eccentrics half the time. Correlation noted.

Isometrics before ice. Every time.

Fair, I'll stagger it then. Start BPC alone for three weeks, log it, then layer TB-500 before I touch the secretagogue. At least the spreadsheet will make sense.

Measure it or it did not happen.

That's the move.
