HGH or TRT for Stubborn Bicep Tendinopathy

Bicep tendinopathy 4 years in, nothing working, thinking hgh or trt next

Dealing with bicep tendinopathy going on 4 years now and it just will not fully clear. I've run bpc and tb500 together for long stretches, did 2mg ghk for probably a year total, all of it takes the edge off the pain but it never actually resolves. Labs came back low test and low E2 for me (22M) so I just started trt to get those optimized. Has anyone pushed through a long term stubborn tendon issue by adding hgh or by fixing hormones first? Trying to figure out if this is a loading problem I haven't solved or if my tissue just needs a different signal to actually remodel.

Still here. Still slow.

Before anything else, what does your actual loading progression look like right now. Four years of peptides with no exercise periodization behind it is a program problem, not a peptide problem. What's your current isometric and eccentric volume on the biceps tendon specifically.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

Fix the hormones first. Low test wrecks collagen synthesis across the board, not just this one tendon.

Discipline is the shortcut.

Low testosterone and suppressed E2 at 22 is worth correcting on its own merit, separate from the tendon question. Here in Europe we see younger men optimize hormones and report better tissue quality and faster recovery across the board, not a miracle cure for one stubborn insertion point but a real contributor. I would get labs rechecked at 8 and 12 weeks once you're dosed in and see how the tendon responds alongside your loading.

Men's health, without the taboo.

HGH for tendon repair is mostly animal data and in vitro fibroblast work, the IGF-1 pathway story is real but the human tendon response has been inconsistent in what's actually been studied. Doesn't mean it won't help you, just don't expect it to behave like TB-500 does.

Preclinical is not a promise.

I've got four years of my own spreadsheet on this kind of thing with the elbows. What actually moved my numbers wasn't swapping peptides, it was adding heavy slow resistance work three days a week and tracking load in kg not just reps. I did eventually get labs done too, test was borderline low, went on trt about a year ago and my recovery between sessions got noticeably faster, less next day stiffness. But that was layered on top of consistent loading, not instead of it. If your tendon's been stuck for years I'd bet the loading piece is underdosed way more than the hormone piece.

Measure it or it did not happen.
