Has anyone used TB-500 for hair loss?

So I've been running TB-500 for my forearm tendinitis for about 6 weeks now, low dose, twice a week. Random question but I've also noticed my hairline anxiety kicking in lately and I stumbled on some old forum posts claiming TB-500 helps with hair regrowth too. Has anyone actually seen this happen or is it just wishful thinking because it's already in my fridge next to my other stuff.

Currently typing with correct posture. Probably.

There's a real study behind why people say this, mouse model, thymosin beta-4 pushed follicle stem cells out of the resting phase into active growth and the treated mice grew thicker coats faster than controls. It's a legit finding. But it's mice, and going from mouse follicle stem cells to a guy injecting himself and expecting a hairline back is a pretty big leap nobody has actually tested in humans.

Preclinical is not a promise.

I ran TB-500 for like 4 months for my hamstring and my wife swears my hair looked less thin in pictures from that period. I genuinely can't tell if it's the peptide or just because I finally started sleeping normal hours again.

Still here. Still slow.

Every guy who's balding wants the one weird trick. I'll believe it when someone posts a real before and after that isn't just better lighting.

Two years of patience beat six months of panic.

This is interesting to me because GHK-Cu gets talked about for hair too, the copper peptide stuff has actual old data on follicle size in vitro. Curious if anyone's tried stacking the two specifically for hair rather than just tendon stuff as a side bonus.

Collagen is a process, not a purchase.

The mechanism people point to makes sense on paper, TB-500 drives new blood vessel formation and wakes up dormant stem cells, and follicles do need both of those things to cycle properly. The problem is that's true of a lot of tissue in the body and it doesn't automatically mean it'll behave the same way in a human scalp as it did in a mouse. If hair is the actual goal I'd put money on minoxidil and finasteride first, they've got decades of people actually using them for that specific purpose.

Load is the drug with the best data.

Not going to lie I started taking monthly hairline photos back when I started my elbow log because I'm that guy. 14 months in, no meaningful change either direction that I can point to. Small sample size of one though.

Measure it or it did not happen.

Seasonal shedding is a real thing too, I lose way more hair in the shower every fall regardless of what I'm running. Hard to separate peptide effect from that noise honestly.

Recovery happens at 3am, if it happens.

Slightly off topic but one of my volleyball girls started losing hair from stress this season and I keep wondering how much of these anecdotal wins are just people's cortisol finally chilling out once they feel like they're doing something proactive for their body.

Isometrics before ice. Every time.

Same boat as tendon_tinker honestly, ran it for a joint thing, watched my hair the whole time out of curiosity, couldn't tell you if anything changed. Too many variables in a normal life to isolate one peptide.

Watts do not lie. Neither do lactate strips.

Okay this is helpful, sounds like the honest answer is maybe placebo maybe seasonal maybe nothing. Guess I'll keep my minoxidil going and just enjoy the elbow benefits for now.
