Shoulder replacement next week, building my recovery stack

Got my shoulder replacement scheduled for next week. Did a supraspinatus repair back in early 2025 so this isn't my first rodeo but a full replacement is a different animal. Here's what I'm thinking for the stack: BPC-157 1mg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week and might bump that up, HGH at 2iu a day. I've also got SS-31, GHK-Cu and MOTS-C sitting in the fridge but haven't figured out where they fit in. Thinking about adding a low dose of reta too. Already run 200mg test cyp a week and considering a low dose anavar on top of all that. Anyone been through a joint replacement with a stack like this? What actually helped versus what was just noise.

Two years of patience beat six months of panic.

That's six or seven compounds plus two hormones going in at once for a joint that just got replaced with metal and plastic. You won't be able to tell which one is doing anything. BPC and TB-500 have the best case for soft tissue healing, the rest is mostly you throwing darts.

Preclinical is not a promise.

That's a lot of injectables for one joint, brother.

You cannot inject your way out of a bad program.

A replacement means capsule healing and controlled range of motion matters way more early on than anything you're pinning. Whatever you run, your first six weeks are going to be dictated by your surgeon's ROM protocol, not the peptides.

Load is the drug with the best data.

Did two shoulders in the Corps from separate incidents, different situation but same lesson. Phase one is just protecting the repair and getting passive motion back, nothing heroic. BPC and TB-500 at reasonable doses through that window made sense to me for soft tissue, but the HGH and anavar stuff is a separate conversation about systemic recovery and sleep architecture, not localized joint healing. Don't stack five things on week one and expect to learn anything from your own log. Add one variable at a time or you're flying blind.

Discipline is the shortcut.

Quick note, if you're reconstituting multiple peptides at once post-op keep your BUDs straight and don't mix vials to save steps. Sterility slips happen when people are tired and in pain.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.

Honestly the thing that'll move the needle most post-op is sleep and you're about to get surgery-grade garbage sleep for weeks. Worth thinking about that more than the 6th peptide on the list.

Recovery happens at 3am, if it happens.
