MOTS-C, NAD+, glutathione: do these belong in an injury conversation at all?
Serious question rather than a provocation. This board exists, people are prescribed these, and I use two of them.
MOTS-C is metabolic and mitochondrial. NAD+ is cellular energy pathways. Glutathione is antioxidant support. None of them are tissue repair peptides and none of them claim to be.
So what is the actual argument for them being in an injury recovery conversation? Is it just "you are a body, everything is connected," which is true and also unfalsifiable?
I am asking because I like these and I want to know if I am rationalizing.
Watts do not lie. Neither do lactate strips.
