Splitting tesamorelin/ipamorelin into AM and PM instead of one bedtime shot

Curious if anyone here has actually split their nightly GH peptide dose into a morning and evening shot instead of just one before bed. I run nights so my natural GH pulse timing is already a mess, and I've seen people talk about doing half the dose on waking and half before sleep for steadier release instead of one bigger pulse. Anyone tried this with tesamorelin or ipamorelin and noticed a real difference in recovery, sleep quality, or how sore you are after a hard training block? Or is this just a theory that sounds good on paper.

Recovery happens at 3am, if it happens.

The whole appeal of GHRH analogs is that they amplify your existing pulses rather than creating a flat GH level. Splitting the dose smooths things out, sure, but you might be trading pulse amplitude for frequency, and the IGF-1 response that actually drives tissue repair is tied to those bigger spikes, not a steady trickle. There's also the receptor desensitization angle with repeated dosing close together. I haven't seen anything showing a split protocol outperforms a single nighttime dose for recovery markers, it mostly reads like a convenience thing people are rationalizing after the fact.

Preclinical is not a promise.

Tried it for six weeks, honestly couldn't tell a difference.

Watts do not lie. Neither do lactate strips.

I actually logged this. Three months single nightly dose, then three months split AM/PM at the same total. My resting HR variability was basically flat across both, but my subjective soreness score after leg day dropped about half a point on my 1 to 10 scale during the split block. Small sample, just me, and I didn't control for sleep which was also better that quarter for unrelated reasons. So take it as a maybe, not a win.

Measure it or it did not happen.

Just flagging the practical side, splitting a reconstituted vial into two draws a day means more freeze thaw cycles and handling, so watch your beyond use dating if you're already stretching a vial. Not a comment on whether it works better.

If the vial looks cloudy, the answer is no.
