- How do I bring up peptide therapy with my surgeon?
Appreciate the input everyone, gives me a better script for these conversations going forward.

- How do I bring up peptide therapy with my surgeon?
Talked to one of my guys' surgeon today, she hadn't heard of TB-500 but said she'd read up before the next visit. Better than I expected honestly.

- Will peptides interfere with my anesthesia or post-op medications?
Never seen it cause a problem in our athletes so far.

- How do I bring up peptide therapy with my surgeon?
Good point. How do you tell the difference in the moment between a surgeon who's just unfamiliar versus one who's actually against it for a real reason?

- Where to actually source legit peptides post surgery
Fair point, context changes everything here.

That's helpful, is that review specific to tendon and ligament healing or more general soft tissue stuff?

Team doctors I work with lean on compounding pharmacies almost exclusively for the players. Liability and quality control both matter a lot more at that level.

- How do I bring up peptide therapy with my surgeon?
Had a few guys on the team asking about running BPC-157 or TB-500 during post-op recovery and I want to help them loop their surgeons in the right way instead of just going around them. Curious how this conversation has actually gone for people here. What's worked when bringing it up to a surgical team versus what just gets brushed off? Has anyone dealt with a surgeon who engaged once shown research versus one who shut it down cold? Trying to build a better script for my guys before their follow ups.

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
Usually when someone reports something off on the stack we end up pulling everything and reintroducing one at a time anyway. So honestly you might as well start that way from the beginning and save yourself the guesswork.

- Are recovery peptides legal and FDA approved?
From the clinic side we get this question constantly from athletes. Practices that are staying legit are routing everyone through a physician consult and a compounding pharmacy rather than touching anything sourced online. Access is still limited and slower than people want, but the trend line is toward broader legal access, just not there yet.

- Will peptides interfere with my anesthesia or post-op medications?
Anesthesia clearance is the easier part honestly, most agents are gone from the system in 24 to 72 hours so starting peptides a few days post op sidesteps that entirely. The medication stack during the acute window is the bigger variable, especially with athletes on NSAIDs and opioids simultaneously. I always push the timing question to the surgical team directly.

That restriction list has been a real headache. Some compounds are fine, some aren't, and it shifts depending on where the rulemaking sits at any given moment.

- Peptide safety after surgery, what are we actually seeing side effect wise
Always loop the surgeon in, non negotiable with post-op patients.

- Can I take them orally or do they have to be injected?
If she ever stacks with TB-500 down the road that one's injectable only, no oral version has any real backing behind it. Might as well get her comfortable with pinning now while she's already motivated.

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
We've had guys ask about this after shoulder and groin surgeries. Nobody on my end has run it as a true comparison, it always gets stacked from day one so you can't really tell what's driving the improvement versus just time and rehab.
