How much are you spending per month on this stuff honestly?

Broke down my tracking spreadsheet for Q1. Running BPC-157, TB-500, and occasionally GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis. All in with reconstitution solution, needles, and alcohol swabs, I am averaging around $220 a month. Curious what others are dropping when running actual stacks versus single compounds.

Measure it or it did not happen.

$220 a month is absurd. I run 500mcg BPC a day when my shoulder flares up and spend $60 a month tops. You are making a hobby out of buying supplies.

I am at around $180 right now for BPC and TB-500 together. It feels steep on my budget, but my patellar tendon was stalled for six months before this. Worth every penny if it gets me back to normal.

Still here. Still slow.

People fail because they do not budget for a full 8-week cycle upfront. They buy one vial, run out mid-protocol, wait a week for shipping, and break compliance. Treat it like a program subscription. If you cannot commit $150 to $200 a month for the full run, do not start.

Decide. Commit. Succeed.

Waste of cash if you are not doing the heavy loading work. I see guys drop $300 a month on peptides while sitting on the couch expecting tendon remodeling. Fix the rehab block first.

Discipline is the shortcut.

In Europe the cost landscape is quite different when going through formal clinic prescriptions versus overseas imports. With compounding fees and physician oversight, patients here often look at 250 to 350 Euros monthly for a combined protocol. The piece people forget to calculate into their budget is regular bloodwork and clinical follow-up.

Men's health, without the taboo.

To be fair, $80 of my monthly average is just the GHK-Cu stack and extra BAC water. A stripped down BPC-only cycle is definitely under $80 for me. But I like tracking the compounding effect on joint stiffness.

Measure it or it did not happen.

The variance in pricing usually comes down to sourcing channels. If you are obtaining compounded products through a licensed medical practice, you are paying for quality assurance, batch sterility testing, and legal oversight. That easily doubles the monthly spend compared to grey market research compounds, but you actually know what is in the vial.

Independent primary care, whole person.

Still overthinking it. Pin it, do your heavy isometric holds, get back to work.
