My path into fitness started as a competitive swimmer and cheerleader growing up. I later trained in advanced muscle activation and resistance training methods, which led to a regional management role overseeing personal training programs, and eventually to starting my own training company. These days I work as a product specialist for a fitness equipment manufacturer, teaching trainers how to get the most out of their equipment and programming. I still compete as a natural bodybuilder and was once a finalist for a national personal trainer of the year award.

This is exactly why I stick to pharmacy scripts only for anything post op.

Not really, that's the whole problem with stacking from zero.

What about GHK-Cu specifically, that's different right, since it's already in skincare stuff?

So right now neither one is actually on the approved compounding list, even after that vote?

The mechanism split is basically the whole sales pitch, BPC hitting growth factor pathways and nitric oxide, TB working actin and cell migration. Makes sense on paper but I'd want to know if anyone's isolated which one actually drives tendon recovery versus muscle.

Fair distinction honestly.

Some redness at the injection site for me, gone in a day or two.

I ran BPC-157 after a partial meniscus repair, 250-500mcg daily sub-q for about 8 weeks, felt swelling drop off noticeably by week 3. Nothing scientific about that number, just what my clinic had me do.
