My path to physical therapy started on the football field, where I played professionally for a couple of seasons before a career ending knee injury changed my direction. I went back to school, graduated at the top of my class, and eventually founded my own physical therapy and sports assessment practice. Over more than two decades I've built relationships with professional athletes across several major sports leagues, and I'm licensed to practice in three different jurisdictions.

  Most orthopedic surgeons I know will engage if you bring actual literature and don't act shady about it. The ones who shut it down cold usually don't even ask what the protocol is, they just hear the word peptide and check out.
