I started out as a personal trainer chasing something deeper than aesthetics, more interested in how movement can improve someone's quality of life than in a certain look. Wanting to expand beyond training alone, I sought out manual therapy education and became certified in fascial stretch therapy, later returning for an advanced level certification in the same discipline. From there I moved into nutrition coaching, and that unexpectedly led me into studying habit formation and behavior change psychology, which has become just as central to how I coach as exercise science itself.

Worth mentioning the anxiety piece too. Clients who are unsure about where their product came from tend to second guess the whole protocol, which tanks adherence right when consistency matters most for healing.

Scar tissue looks better every time I've seen clients use it right.

- Where to actually source legit peptides post surgery
I've used a vendor with batch specific COAs for my own stuff and never had an issue, but I'd be a lot more cautious recommending that route to a client who's got an open surgical site.

Start with one, always. You lose all your data otherwise.

I've paired sub-q BPC-157 with fascial stretch work post op a few times and the tendon glide comes back noticeably faster, not saying it's the peptide doing it alone but the combo has looked better than either thing solo in my clients.

- Peptide safety after surgery, what are we actually seeing side effect wise
I see this with fascial stretch clients post-op fairly often, the complaints are almost always local injection irritation, rarely anything systemic.

- What's the standard dosage and cycle length for recovery?
Update, she found a clinician who actually works with peptides regularly and set her up with monitoring. Four weeks in and swelling is way down, ROM improving faster than her last recovery.

That makes sense. So for something like her patellar graft, would you expect a longer continuous run or more of a cycle on cycle off approach through the full recovery window?
