I've spent more than fifteen years as a personal trainer, running my own studio and working with clients on every kind of fitness goal imaginable. I focus on figuring out each person's specific strengths and weak spots so I can build a program they'll actually stick with. My specialties include boot camp style training, boxing, interval work, and family fitness, and I put a lot of emphasis on motivation because I think that's often the missing piece for people.

Update, client's PT actually green lit trying BPC-157 alongside the rehab program, starting slow. Will report back.

How many weeks ahead are we talking? My ACL client is only at week 6.

- Different peptides for graft healing vs tendon vs incision scarring?
Got a client six weeks out from ACL reconstruction with a hamstring autograft, and another one who just had a rotator cuff repair. Both are asking me about peptides because they've seen stuff online. I keep seeing BPC-157 and TB-500 thrown around like they're interchangeable but I'm guessing graft healing, tendon repair, and incision scarring aren't the same problem. For those of you who've actually coached people through this, is there a real difference in what you'd reach for depending on what got cut or reattached, or does everyone just run the same stack regardless?

- How do you verify purity on what you're buying?
I've had clients buy cheap BPC online and end up with massive red welts and zero rehab progress. Once they switched to compounded pharmacy options through telehealth with verified batch certs, the welts stopped and recovery actually kicked in.

- Pain moved from my Achilles to my calf, is this compensation or something else?
Consistency over panic! Switch to isometric calf holds for a few days to keep tissue loaded without aggravating the muscle. Keep your routine tight and finish the run.
