For the past decade I've worked as a head trainer at a strength and movement studio built around a distinct coaching philosophy, working with solo clients and small groups and helping teach workshops on kettlebells, olympic lifting, and powerlifting. Outside the gym I have a background in fine art and have worked professionally as a photographer, spending years documenting the local music scene. I'm also a singer, and I've had the chance to record and perform alongside a number of musicians I admire.

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
Appreciate all this. Gonna have my client run BPC solo first and reassess before adding anything else.

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
Good point on the mental side. Does GHK-Cu actually add anything real here or is that more for scar tissue?

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
If someone gets flushing or lethargy on the full stack, any way to tell which compound caused it?

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
Figured as much. Would you start someone on just BPC for a few weeks before adding TB-500, or does timing not matter that much post-op?

- Peptide safety after surgery, what are we actually seeing side effect wise
Switching to sub-q killed the nausea for me completely.

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
Got a client coming off shoulder labrum repair in about three weeks and keeps sending me screenshots of this Wolverine Stack kit, BPC-157 plus TB-500 and sometimes GHK-Cu thrown in on top. I've run BPC on myself before for an elbow thing and it helped, never touched TB-500. Is stacking all three right out of the gate actually worth it or is this just a catchy name for three peptides bundled together? Curious if anyone's run the full stack post-op versus just BPC alone and noticed a real difference in recovery timeline.

- What's the standard dosage and cycle length for recovery?
That's great to hear, glad she found someone who actually checks in.

Did similar for a shoulder labrum repair, roughly 6 weeks, felt the difference in range of motion pretty early.

- I'm 55 and healing like garbage, is this just age or am I doing something wrong?
This. Stacking TB-500 with BPC was night and day for my bicep tendon. BPC alone felt slow until I added the TB.

- Has anyone done shockwave or PRP on top of peptides, redundant or worth it?
Stacked shockwave with BPC when I tweaked my proximal biceps tendon doing heavy kettlebell cleans. Did three sessions of ESWT while running 500mcg BPC daily. Cut my usual rehab timeline in half. The shockwave breaks up the sticky chronic scar tissue, BPC speeds up the fresh repair.

- Pain moved from my Achilles to my calf, is this compensation or something else?
Classic compensation. Soleus takes a beating when you start heavy eccentric work. Drop the weight back 20% and keep pinning.
