I'm a certified personal trainer and mindset coach, though I spent more than a decade teaching before making the switch into fitness. That classroom experience shaped how I coach now, especially with clients navigating demanding or draining careers. My focus areas include strength training, mindfulness based behavior change, and helping clients return to full strength after postpartum recovery or injury, something I understand firsthand after going through my own rehab. I've traveled to more than twenty five countries, and I try to bring that same cultural awareness into how I coach and communicate.

Been through rehab myself. It works if you work it.

- Wolverine stack before shoulder surgery, worth it?
After my own shoulder rehab I ran BPC alone first, added TB-500 around week four once I had a baseline. Honestly tracking one variable at a time helped my head as much as my shoulder, made the whole process feel less chaotic and more like progress.

- Can I take them orally or do they have to be injected?
This helps a ton, going sub-q for her and holding off oral for now. Appreciate it.

- Are recovery peptides legal and FDA approved?
Topical is a totally different animal from injectable, yeah.

Since we're on delivery methods, anyone using GHK-Cu topically on incision scars once healed? Curious on timing.

Worth combining oral and injectable or is that overkill?

- Peptide safety after surgery, what are we actually seeing side effect wise
When I went through my own post-op rehab I had a couple days of fatigue and a headache the first week, then nothing. Nowhere near what the surgery itself put me through.

- Can I take them orally or do they have to be injected?
Client of mine just had a lisfranc reconstruction and asked me about oral BPC-157 instead of pinning because she's needle phobic. I only ever injected during my own rehab years back and never looked into the capsule versions people sell online. Does oral actually do anything for tendon and ligament healing or is that more of a gut thing? Want to give her real info before she wastes money on the wrong route.

- Anyone dealt with tendon issues around menopause? feels like everything changed overnight
BPC took about 18 days for me before I could load the Achilles without that sharp tug.

- I'm 55 and healing like garbage, is this just age or am I doing something wrong?
That post-rehab ache you're feeling isn't necessarily a bad sign either. When I went through my knee rebuild, I kept mistaking remodeling pain for tissue damage. Tendons adapt under tension, and that ache is often just collagen fibers remodeling under load.

- Anyone dealt with tendon issues around menopause? feels like everything changed overnight
Went through the exact same feeling when my systemic hormones shifted post-pregnancy, felt like my connective tissue turned into dry rubber overnight. I ran BPC-157 local near the patellar tendon for six weeks while keeping my eccentric tempo super slow. Week 3 was when the morning stiffness finally broke. The mindset piece is huge because you feel like your body betrayed you, but the load tolerance comes back once the tissue calms down.

- What blood work are you guys actually running alongside peptides?
I ran into the same thing when rehabbing my shoulder post-pregnancy. The clinic handed me a massive panel list that felt overwhelming. Sticking to a basic CMP, lipids, and HbA1c gave me full baseline confidence without breaking the bank.
