Why your rehab stalled before you even bought a peptide
Every week somebody posts the same story. Tendon has been burning for six months, rested for two weeks, pain came right back, and now they want to know what to pin to fix it in ten days.
Here is the cold truth. Your rehab stalled because you stopped doing the work, not because you picked the wrong compound. You cannot out-pin a lazy loading plan or a broken sleep schedule.
BPC, TB, and GHK are tools to accelerate the process, not replace it. If you are not putting heavy mechanical load through that tissue while sleeping eight hours and hitting your protein, you are throwing money away.
A real 12-week rehab cycle looks like this:
Weeks 1 to 4: Isometric holds and building the daily rehab habit. Get sleep and protein locked in.
Weeks 5 to 8: Heavy slow resistance. Building real tissue tolerance.
Weeks 9 to 12: Dynamic speed work and returning to full sport load.
If your compliance on your PT reps is under 80 percent, no peptide on earth is going to bridge that gap. What does your daily tracking log look like right now before you try adding anything else to your stack?
Better body, better habits.
